Hard Gay is actually a really funny character. Funny in a slightly messed up sort of way. His trademark is hip thrusting to Ricky Martin's "Livin' La Vida Loca."

Anyway, there are numerous clips of him hosted on youtube from a Japanese Variety show called Bakuten.

Well I saw the pic on another forum a while ago and never quite knew what it was.
