Question what is this

So I was casually playing CS:GO,I exited the game and I see this thing..I can't screenshot it because screenshotting only captures the good part of the monitor,but at the top of my monitor there's a very little part that seems fragmentet,it's like it doesn't have anything to do with the rest of the display,when i move my mouse around there it kind of mirrors it in some way...i'm pretty sure this will go away with a restart but I wanted to know if this is a sign for anything...
GPU is an xfx rx 580 8GB GTS XXX black if that helps

Go to your monitor controls and adjust your overscan.

Yeah, take a photo with your phone or something if the screenshot doesn't show it.

Its a sign that you should maybe take a rest from your computer and do something else, as you are clearly starting to hallucinate!
