What is this wire?

I got a little wire, its about an inch and a half long. Its really wires connect to a 4 pin slot on one end and a circular thing on the other end. One wire is red and the other is black. Anyone know what this would be? Also what is Silica Gel. I got a pack of it.

Sounds like a piezo speaker. The silica gel is to keep you fresh

I agree that it's a "mini" speaker.
