What is this "Other PCI Bridge Device" in my MP system?

I just got my new Dual MPX system, (look at my sig for specs) I installed everything like this,

1, Win2K Server CD
2, Win2k SP2 Download
3, AMD Video Driver
4, AMD IDE Driver
5, ATI Driver

Now, no sound card is in it but in "other devices" i see something that says "Other PCI Bridge Deivce" and it is refusing to let me figure out what it is, it won't use any driver that i have it scan for and i can't figure it out.

Ayone got a clue?

you need to install the amd chipset drivers from amd.com

i went back to amd.com to see if i missed something and sure enough it was the power Managment driver.
