What is this on my toes?

I've had it for a little while now on both my big toes... The skin is cracks all the time (as pictured). Typically the cracks are ok, but sometimes they get sore. Not itchy at all though.

What do you think it is?

Any moisturizers you reccomend?

My bathroom is littered with all my girlfriends different lotions and crap. Should i just grab her Avino or something?
