Looks like a progressed case of Athelete's foot.

When you shower, scrub your feet good, make sure they are fully dry before putting on foot creme and then your socks. Apply athlete's foot creme 2x daily for 3 weeks, the kind you find in a supermarket.

Change your socks when you get home, and let your feet air out a few minutes, then apply foot creme, before putting on a fresh pair.
