What is this NVidia Dual View?

Cause it is fvckin up my system. I used to be able to install my monitor color profile and set the refresh rates on my GF3 ti500 until I installed the drivers for my dxr3 dvd decoder card. Now this stupid dualview is installed and I cant uninstall it. My monitor is also a default monitor and I cant install a driver for it either :|
 
Go to your control panel and open up the Nvidia Nview Desktop manager and select disable Nview. Your not uninstalling it but your disabling it. I don't know if that will help you out or not but I'm not sure on how to completely uninstall it.
