Anyhow, looks to me like the only differences are these:

The cheaper board lacks the DPS module, it's an additional 3-phase power system that runs along side the motherboards power system. It helps to smooth out voltages and help overclocking.

Also, the cheaper board has a passive northbridge heatsink, the NF4 gets hot, so that could be a problem.

It also lacks the wireless card that comes with the expensive board.

Overall it looks to me like basically the same board, minus the features that will allow for serious overclocking.

Pay the difference if you plan to overclock.
