it's a backup copy of a jpeg (picture) file. if you remove the .orig extension, you can probably open it using MSIE.

keep in mind that someone named it that most likely to keep a backup of a jpeg file they were/are modifying. keep this in mind before modifying/deleting.

I didn't make it so maybe some program did it automatically for some reason.

edit: I just opened it, it was that pic of someone's "foot massager" by their monitor
