what is this called?

i saw this in a computer setup and i was wondering what this is called and where to buy it...

it is a L shaped metal piece that hooks on to the end of your 3.25 bay. it doesn't go into the bay it screws on outside so that the end of the L will sort of block the 3.25 bay. on the end of this L shaped thing..there is a fan attached to it...i don't really know what size but its at least 80mmx80mm and you can orient the device which ever way you like...so u can point the fan at various devices in your case for extended cooling.

Sounds like the thing that cools the weird heatsink that was on Hard|OCP the other day. I think these would be a pain, but I guess if you don't want to cut a blowhole it's a viable option.
