What is this bug?

Never seen anything like it ever, and just wondering if you guys with your ever so smart minds can figure out just what it is.

We caught it in one of my old pill bottles after getting some shots. It jumps, doesnt fly, and has a feather like something coming out its ass, like fuzz.

I've seen them before, but I don't know what it is. Definitely not a tick though.

Hm, so someone who might have Lyme disease posts a picture of what looks like a tick.

Ive never seen a tick like this before, and just because I got it doenst mean Im a tick expert. Hell I had no Idea ANY tick could even jump, and mean jump far.

Possibly a leafhopper? The pic doesn't show its shape too well though.

Ticks can't jump. Ticks also have 8 legs, that one looks like it has 6. A fully engorged tick is about that size, but then they can't walk. Whatever that is is meant to be that size normally, and is mobile.

If you have good eyesight or a magnifying glass, look very closely and find out how many legs it has.

I was expecting something that looked terrifying. Looks like nothing a size 13 couldnt handle in my house.

We got ourselves a wiener!
This is what it looks like, otrher then the eyes dont pop out as much. And it is about the size shown in the picture.
