What is the Xbox title thats supposed to be the "GTA3 Killer"?

True Crime: Streets of L.A. is supposed to be a GTA-type game...is that what you are talking about? It is coming out for PS2 and Xbox, but the XBxo version is far superior.

It just got delayed recently I think...was supposed to come out september but was pushed back.

Thats probably it, ive searched google for GTA3 killer and couldnt find it. Ive heard that the xbox version is going to be extremely good from the people that played it at E3. I guess the E3 article on it was taken down 🙁 . Thx though ill go look for some info on it now 🙂.
 
Basically it's GTA from the other perspective (a cop), and there's stuff thrown in like a combat system and a shooting system like Max Payne.
 
I saw a video of it on the Official XBox Mag disc and I wasn't too impressed. I'll save final judgement until I can play a copy, but it just didn't look that promising despite the hype

Actually the developers are trying to make it as un-GTA like as possible. They don't want comparisons drawn between the 2 games. And they're DEFINITELY not marketing it as a "GTA3 Killer" which is why you couldn't find it.
 
I never saw what was so great aobut the GTA games, I didn't like any of them however I bet this game will probably not be great in the eyes of GTA fans, I think hype will kill it.

what the hell are you talking about? KOTOR isn't even REMOTELY close to the same style gameplay as GTA3. It can't be a GTA3 killer if it's not the same type of game.
