I can't really talk about it because the statute of limmitations isn't over yet, but I've been questioned by the ATF. 🙂
 
Stealing money from home

my parents keep some cash at home for emergencies... one day it was missing and they accused me for taking it, which I absolutely didn't do... after a while, we guess my sister's then-bf (now husband) took it... of course we can't prove anything...
 
I got pulled over in my old mustang. A cop wanted to search. I wanted to be a pain and ask for a warrent, but I didn't want to waste time for both of us. He wanted to look in the trunk. The lid doesn't slow down any when unlatched. I handed the trunk key to the officer. He was actually cool. He started a conversation to set me at ease (he was talking about the weather,or some recent ballgame or something), but he was distracted and not looking while opening the trunk. So he inserted the key and turned it...smack, it flung up and hit him in the chin. He stumbled back a couple of seconds. I looked astonished and couldn't muster a word. He told me to get on the ground face down, etc.
It took me a while to convince him it wasn't on purpose. He actually felt more embarrased then I did.
 
A bunch of people at an old job thought I murdered my boss. I posted the whole story on here once, don't feel like typing it out all over again. It involved a bottle of red ink and a supervisor that everyone in the building was fed up with.
 
Stealing a 300W amp from my high school's portable sound setup.

My alibi was that I was in another class, which was verifiable.

Edit:
I was even positively ID'ed.

Most hilarious thing that I've ever been accused of:
I was a 120LB, 5'6" guy my sophomore year in HS. My dad got called because I had reportedly been in a fight with a senior AND WON. Not a single person that knew me believed it.

What happened:
I walked by a fight between a couple people before school. One of them had the same first name as I did. I didn't even stop.

The same thing (for the most part) happened to me.
 
Having sex with one of my good friend/roomate's ex GF. And no I did not, never did anything more than a hug(we were friends before they even met).

As for me, I was once accused of stealing five wheelchairs from the retirement home, jaywalking across the street to the hospital and setting it on fire, and then taking a joyride in a stolen corvette and running over a bunch of pedestrians.

I SWEAR I used the crosswalk!:|
 
in 5th grade and in a Catholic school i was sent to the Principal's office for saying "f*ck" on the playground. i hadn't heard the word before in my life. 🙁
