Worst pain for me... having your right leg kick you in the face... flamingo style... tore my ACl, Lateral Menisucus, PCL, Left MCL, and spiral fracture of the Tibia.

Try 3 months in a wheelchair, plus 15 months of rehab where you have to tear through scar tissue every rehab session..

Then again, that's just me... there's always a worse "cringer" story out there.

Cheers!

ahhh, I can't even write it here it's so embarrasing, but there was a trip to the emergency room, and that guy in something about mary was weak 😉

When I was 11, I was on the swing in the backyard. I was swinging very high, and I was not holding on to the ropes. So while I was swinging, I did a full front flip off the swing, and landed flat on my chest. The pain so bad. I believe I broke a rib, not sure, because the pain lasted for over 2 months, and the pain actually came back last year. I dont know whats wrong. 🙁

This weekend, a friend accidentally stuffed his lit ciggy into the white part of my eye. 3rd degree burns to the eyelid, one hell of a sore eye....

Winning the 50th aniversery of the 50/75 mile Lake Mead ski race. Wakeing up the next morning with Rhumatoid Arithritis and not knowing what it was. My whole body locked up. Could not move to dial 911 for almost 3 hours. Thought it was a dream I could not wake from. Jaws felt like someone was driving a nail in my head. Fire comming out of every joint of my body.
And the good part is I get to have this the rest of my life.

Love those cold mornings.......

But what the H**l I did'nt fall out of a freekin helicopter. I look at those pics. and I feel better right away
