what is the worst a coach has done to you?

i've been punched, kicked, and kneed during halftime all by one coach. i've also had that coach pull out a knife and say that he should cut me to make me more tough and angry.

everything that happened to me was while i had full pads on and left no bruises or marks. i understood why he was trying to get under my skin and what outcome he wanted to produce. i didn't care about it then, and i don't care about it now. personally i'm more curious to what other coaches have done.

During bball practice, we were working on our half-court off the ball defense. If a man came across the lane we were supposed to check him. Well I let my man get by without checking him, and my coach stopped practice pissed because of this. He decided to demostrate on me coming across the lane and just absolutely nailed me.

Got thrown across the room into a bunch of lockers, helmet smashed into the ground, hip checked, and hit in the balls.
