I agree that Norton SystemWorks is very good. As with any diagnostic software, uninstall or unload it after testing because they take up a lot of resources.

Microscope 9 is the most comprehensive and amazing diagnostic suite i ever seen, this thing even got its own OS, so its oS independant.
