False. Anyone can be a chav, only Italian descendants can be guidos.

bitch is 100% Puerto Rican, and I think a few of those other Jersey Shore douchestains aren't Italian.

Used BMW owners/drivers

Used BMW owners? On the contrary, new BMW owners tend to be the douches. Used owners are the guys who buy them because they are a great car and they're smart enough to let someone else take the depreciation hit.

Yea, they're the ones smart enough to pay for the expensive repairs once the car is out of warranty.

The chavs look like wiggers more then guidos.

On an unrelated note this is the Japanese equivalent of a guido.

The repairs on a BMW are extremely expensive, just like any other luxury car. That is why luxury cars are so cheap used.

It isn't depreciation as much as one of the heated 50-way drivers seat motors going bad.

You will end up paying for it either way.

Yeah, true, but it is still more fun to drive a 330i than a Toyota Camry and is worth the price to many people.

I'm swiss so I have a neutral view.
Chavs in Italy and Switzerland don't exist, there are neckbeards and metalheads (they often intersect), wiggers/rappers, normal people and guidos (truzzi or tamarri in italian).
Tracksuits are sometimes worn by wiggers and guidos (but only specific brands, and must be flamboyant with writings in gold over black etc., so it's not because they don't care).
Example of pants owned by 90% of native guidos:

And this:

this is the extreme of guidoness in Italy.
Most guidos dress well enough and keep care of themselves though, these are hardcore. Fact is, a great percentage of italians have at least one sign of guidoness to me, especially because of their bad sneaker taste.

My understanding of english chavs, is that they're race and music genre neutral but tend to be white, dress like shit, hang around in street corners and are proletarians out of a job / party too much and don't want a job / violent / drug dealers.

I think that wiggers are what most resembles those.
