My AMD64 2800 with Newcastle core for cool ambient air (around 77 deg fah), the idle is 34-37 C and the load is 42-44 C.

EDIT: How do you have the circulation in you case setup?

Below 50C is a good range... Under load of course. Of course, it also depends on what the air temp is outside of the case. If the room is 25C then inside the system shouldn't get over 45C (on the processor, under load, no overcocking). If you have more than a 20C difference, look to see where the air flow is being blocked and fix it.

i have computercase (HEC) 6A19 case, 2X 120mm fans one in the front and one in the back
HEC 475W power sorce (it has one fan inside the case that take the air from inside and on that blow it out side) and i put another 80mm fan on the side of the case

my temp is 42 idle and 52 when under load (not much load -antiviruse for example)

thank u for your comments

What mother board are you using? I know my 8KDA3J reports temps as being 5C higher than they really are. I'm overclocked to 2.2Ghz on stock voltage and I get 31C idle/43C load, ambient is 29C. However, my board reports it as 35C/47C. What kind of heatsink are you using and what kind of thermal paste? What is your case temp?

i have EPOX 8KDA+, and the procesor fan is the amd original, i don't do OC.
the motherboared temp is 32 and the processor temp is 45 right now (i only using the net)

should i get a special fan for the procesor? will it help much?
i hope that a fan for the processor woun't heaer the motherbored temp or the others temp

Damn, that's really hot. What Heatsink are you using and does it have a thermalpad? You might want to invest in some arctic silver 5 and a better heatsink if the CPU is that much hotter than the case temp.
