Ok, recently....what is the stupidest thing you've heard someone blurt out of their mouth? Im talking something that makes you wanna stop what your doing to go over and back hand him/her?

I was at a local sammich shop with a coworker and some guy in line asked how long the 6" sub was. At first I thought he was joking around, but then he got all embarrassed and started getting mad at his friend who was laughing at him.

I was in new york and a girl said "OMG I want to live in new york because they have Abercrombie and Fitch and American Eagle stores on the street!!!" She then went on to explain how she wanted to be one of the models who stands in the windows.

Nothing specific comes to mind, but one thing that keeps annoying the hell out of me is that 3 people I work closest with seem to have all rubbed off on each other and have gotten into the horrible habit of referring to everything they're talking about as a "thing" its always a pointless conversation with any of them since they can't even figure out what they're trying to say ever.

An employee of mine(at McDonalds) asked me if she can have direct deposit if she doesn't have a bank.
So I asked her if she likes to donate all her checks to some invisible bank that she doesn't have access to.

The most recent and the worst one ever is when I was in a disscussion about a left hand asswiping culture in India.(http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.aspx?catid=38&threadid=1587646)

One guy jumped in and said that "its not even that big of a deal...you touch things much more deadly and infectious than feces on a daily basis probably"

I still need to ask him what he does that he "touch(es) things much more deadly and infectious than feces on a daily basis probably".
I couldn't possibably think of any and had no clue what he meant by that. I asked him if he was referring to my d1ck as that was the only thing I could possibly come to think of.

Inspector Jihad, please let me know what you do everyday and what you touch that makes you think that I touch those things.

A lady at a convenience store asked me where I was from originally. I told her I was born in Florida but my family moved to South Carolina when I was very young to which she replied "oh so you are a yankee"

I realize I am in GA and shouldn't expect much but fvck. I wasted time showing her on a map that either place was farther south than Atlanta and she said "yeah but in the civil war SC was on the other side"

The only saving grace is she is cute and has a nice rack.
