What is the stock MHZ for 3.0 ns video memory?

I just an wanting to know at what point am I OC'ing my 9800np that I just bios flashed to XT...so with 3.0ns ram what is the mhz that 3.0 max's out at?

= 1000/3 = 333Mhz or 666Mhz ( ddr )

also, 3ns isn't very good for overclocking. better are 2.8ns or like mine that has samsung 2.5ns

it might not actually run at 333 from what it is right now. because that 333 is based on a certain amount of voltage that is being used to run the ram. Whether ur vid card uses that same amount of voltage isnt guaranteed. and is must likely not the case. but by all means try anyway.
