AFAIK, it's the longest word in Webster's dictionary. I'm not really sure about it being the longest word ever though...

But actually.... Id have to say Defenestration because seriously... who woulda thought they had a word for throwing someone out a window! LOL
 
its a c word that describes female genitalia and is the most offencive word to some people. i love it, not because of its offencive nature but because it just feels good to say it.
