What is the recommended answers for Send Diagnostic Data to MS and Help to find device when setting up Windows 10 on new laptop?

Hi, just received a new Windows laptop. During set up, it asked the above two questions. What is the recommended answer for each?

You can always easily change both under the privacy section.

Thanks. I know what the choices are. Of course MS wants as many data as possible but from a user point of view, which is the recommended option? Also, does full option slows down the ultraportable more?

It depends on each individual's preference, so I can't really can't answer that for you. The links I gave explains what each choice does, so that will be one you will have to decide on.

Also, does full option slows down the ultraportable more?

No it will not. Microsoft has basically had those options for a while now (to various degrees), and it won't affect performance.
