What is the Pause Button for AGE OF EMPIRES III

This is making me mad, after I load up a saved game in age of empires III it just stays on pause and I don't know what button it is to UNpause it. Please help me out!

If you press the menu button and then close it, it usually unpauses...

But I think there's some bug... one of my saved games refuses to unpause.

I just wanted to say that fn + ctrl + F10 pauses my AOE III running Mac OS

Wow. That's a Threadsurrection.

For what it's worth, F10 is what StarCraft used, and I noticed it worked as a pause button in a lot of RTS games published in the early 'oughts.

Technically F10 was for the menu, which does have the effect of pausing the game in the case of Starcraft but would automatically resume when you closed the menu. P was the pause key for Starcraft.
