My 633 runs at full load 104f in winter and 109f in summer. I use a Alpha PEP66 that I haven't got to lapping yet. With the stock H/F that I lapped it ran around 114f. Specs below.

That's a bit hot. If your going to continue the stock H/F I would lap it and use some good thermal compound. Mine was running around what yours was with the stock H/F. I lapped it and it dropped the temps by 10 deg f. I would suggest a better H/F.

I was previously running a Celeron 300a @ 450 with a stock fan since they became available on the market. The CPU ran much hotter than this considering case temperatures/room temps, on occasion, were 90+ degrees.

Being that the thermal tape molds to the cpu surface lapping is not a consideration. Additionally, lapping removes material that could be well used to enhance the cooling process. I'm not going to disturb a good thing and spend time on spinning my wheels. :)
