I really don't think there is one. There are too many regional differences. Pizza is probably the closest we're going to get, but that's generic. There's lots of combinations that different people won't eat at all, even if they pick off the stuff they don't want.

Maybe particular ingredients? Sugar comes to mind. Speaking of which...maybe cookies? Then again, that's too generic, as there are many different kinds of cookies. Let's go with Oreos. Anyone not like Oreos?

My thoughts exactly. I've lived in St. Louis and southern Ohio and although I complain about the food in St. Louis, it was definitely worse in Ohio.
