What is the native resolution for a 17" wide LCD monitor?

I know this kind of monitor is rare on the market. Some of them are LCD TV. Anyone knows the native resolution for this kind of monitor? Maybe 1280x768?

Yes 1280x768. Samsung 172W at newegg. I also believe the sony 17" widescreen LCD is the same resolution, but the Samsung has DVI and is cheaper.

yes, the Sony is the same. But the Sony is an HDTV and it has a lot more inputs as well as high-quality speakers.

1280x768 is a good resolution, a lot of games will support it and you can hack anything based on quake 3 or unreal to add it in.
