What Is The Name of This OLD Space Game

Holy crap, it's called Countdown! I've been trying to remember the name of this game for months!! I even thought about making a thread for it just like this but somehow I never did. All I can remember about that game is that I had amnesia in a hospital, and had to find a way to get out real quick or be lobotomized and forget everything forever.

I can't even remember if I ever finished it. I just vaguely remember finding a knife in the first room and then getting out and go from room to room avoiding the guard.

Yes, This game was really good for its time. I remember when you got caught by the guards, it would show your characters face with both eyes circling in their sockets lol..

Countdown can be found online. Free to download. I have it And it works great.
