What is the name of this adapter / is there an example of a link on Amazon etc.?

This is an adapter required to use a fan with 5v connector in 3.3v mode

Searching that term didn't yield any results of what i'm looking for, can you show me what link you're talking about?

They don't really exist. It's just half of a 2-pin fan cable; somebody cut off the other end and attached the singleton connectors. Piece of cake.

There's plenty of instructions online on how to connect a fan to the 5v pins on the PI.

You could email the company that posted the video and see if they sell the cable premade, but I don't see anything like it on their website.
