What is the most stable Socket-A DDR Motherboard

I currently have an ASUS CUSL2 motherboard with the Intel 815 chipset and a 733 pentium in it. It is by far the most stable system I have built.

I want to make the switch to AMD and DDR ram, but I would like to retain the same kind of stability that I have with my current setup.

From reading the various discussions, I think my best choices are either an Epox EP-8K7A or an MSI K7 Master (both with the AMD 761 chipset). My question for y'all is this: if one does not wish to overclock and one wants the MOST STABLE system possible, what is the best Socket-A/DDR motherboard on the market right now?
 
Your asking a religious question here - there is no right or wrong answer and everyone will have their own personal opinion.

So here goes:

If you aren't going to overclock, picking any one of the AMD chipset solutions should be fine - Epox 8K7A, Asus A7M266, MSI K7 Master.
 
i think msi (or somebody anyway) is supposed to be coming out with a mobo that uses an amd southbridge instead of the via

You're talking about the MP board. Nobody is coming out with a uniprocessor board with the AMD southbridge.

IMO, MSI K7 Master is probably the best solution if you just want a stable and easy to use board. The Epox is an excellent tweaker board. Drop the Asus.
