Saved 4 people's lives as a lifeguard before age 21. One at age 15, 2 at age 16, one at age 18.
edit: then went on to realize my ambition to build and run recording studios, and tour and record with the best musicians...... So far that has included Steve Vai, Alphonso Johnson, Tony MacAlpine, Paul Anka, JOURNEY, Tower of Power, RANCID, and Paul Rodgers of Bad Company among the many others.
I also developed several electro-mechanical devices now commonplace in Theatrical lighting using my nacent computer skills (taught myself BASIC on a Commodore 128) and implemented changes that were new and unique back then (1984/5).
