MS13 is probably one of the largest in recent times, at least in the US. Yakuza and such are a bit harder for an american to really gauge the power as we don't really see that segment of organized crime in this country. Same with other foreign crime syndicates.

Just read up on MS13, yikes, they're huge and fairly widepread. Even in Canada. Well just the south but still pretty crazy.

There's this "gang" here that keeps spray painting TCS everywhere, I don't even know if it's a gang or just a bunch of teenagers trying to promote some crappy band or something, but it would be funny to go spray MS on top of it. :awe:
