I'm going with impaling. You get placed atop a giant spear with the point in your anus and your body weight slowly drags you down the spear until it eventually comes out the top. Move and you slide down faster.

Was going to say this. Depending on how it's done you could survive for days impaled.

Burning, chemical or otherwise is much more painful that dehydration, if you're just dehydrated your brain can start 'turning itself off', while that can be disconcerting, lighting up all your nerve endings so they quite literally think they are on fire seems worse to me.

Oh, and Death by Snoo snoo has gotta suck too, may be fun for the first few hours ... but after that ouch.

The spirit is willing, but the flesh is bruised and spongy.

1. Intravenously supplied stimulants to prevent blackout and nutrients to sustain strength.

2. Outer layers of skin flayed with something resembling a cheese grater.

3. Infection with notoriously painful parasites and flesh eating bacteria.

4. Digestive system sterilized with gamma radiation.

5. Stomach injected with fluoride or other acid-inducing chemicals (ulcers).

6. Simultaneous bone marrow extraction from all available points.

7. ???

8. Profit...?

My idols, the soldiers of Unit 731, have found many, many painful ways of killing people. You should read about them, and understand the great lengths they went through in their research. Many people are appalled or disgusted when discovering the awful truth about them, however, when you really think about what they did, you can't help but be in awe of their courage. Courage to do what had not been done since the dark ages. Courage to follow through with experiments that would turn lesser men into crying babies. They have shown that true courage is not found on the battlefield, it is found in the lab. Everyone knows this.

This guy knows about the dark crafts of Shiro Ishii. I thought that was limited to 1% of the US population. Good work, swine!
