hmmm I owned a turbo dodge caravan and a turbo miata at the same time. My minivan was pretty damn manly in that it had paint falling off, lots of surface rust, and was used more like a truck hauling all kinds of crap around. Still the best beater I've ever owned but compared to most minivans I had to go miata.

In order for one to be more manly than the others, they would have to have some level of manliness to begin with. Therefore, I'm going to have to go with none of the above.

A minivan would indicate that you did at some point fornicated with a woman. Or at least convinced a woman who fornicated with another man that you should be allowed to drive her crotch dumplings around.

So I guess my answer would be Ford Ranger. Lesbians love them.

Toyota Camry Hybrid = Hipster
Your average Minivan = Whipped
Your average Miata = Confused

Minivan gets the vote because you're whipped, but you're still a man.

Miata.

One is a pure basic sports car with lots of gearhead potential, the other two are appliances that your wife would pick up while shopping for a dishwasher.

Call a Miata girly all you want, it can attain 300+ RWHP and 1+ G easier and long before that refrigerator and dish washer will with it's manly gearhead and enthusiast following.

Miata is manly, it's just also really gay. Like a lumberjack with a groomed mustache and a toy-poodle.

This thread:

Which outfit is manlier?
- a lace corset
- a yellow summer dress
- a pink tutu and tights

You got it 'bro. One push of that button on the keyfob. Liftgate goes up, and panties go down.

bwhahahaha

I will say that most drivers of minivans i see anymore are guys.

I thought they were feminine until i got mine. i was amazed at how useful it is. from hauling lumber to kids.

Also i think a real man does not give a shit what others think. do what you want/need and the rest does not matter.

If you're a car enthusiast yet driving a minivan, that means you're whipped. If you have two vehicles only one needs to be a minivan

Don't really see the shame in the Camry. I'm considering either a Leaf, Volt or Prius as a replacement for the V. Burning gas, going 25mph for 60 miles a day just isn't fun or worth it.

If only life were so simple in your kidless and single black and white worlds. I have a 20 mile drive a day. My wife has 40. The van gets 23-24 MPG if I'm lucky. The Camry is mid 30's. (both of our commutes are mostly highway).

Simple math says you are a retard to force the person with the longer drive to take the much less efficient vehicle.

I pay almost $1500 A MONTH in daycare. The fun money fund isn't all that well funded at this point. Once my daughter is out of a pay-for Pre-K program and in Kindergarden later this year I'm going to be looking into getting a much more enjoyable car that is also much more efficient than the van as a third vehicle. Top the list is the MKVII GTI.

Welcome to my world. I also commute 60 miles a day which is why I bought the Camry Hybrid. 40mpg and it is big enough and comfortable enough to accommodate my family of 3 and an extra kid and stuff if we need to.

I can go 500 miles easy on a tank of gas and it doesn't need premium. Oh gee, did that sound smug? :p

I'd be amazed if I even notice minivans let alone who is driving them.

And I don't care what anyone thinks of what I drive. If I did I wouldn't have created this thread. I actually like my Camry and I LOVE the fuel economy.

I came in here thinking that there wouldn't be many votes for the Miata. Then I remembered I am on AT.
