Central Florida, so probably a hurricane.
how often do they make it to the orlando area? i don't think i've ever heard of it happening. would they be pretty weak by then?

How the heck is a blizzard a disaster? At worst, it's an inconvenience. A major ice storm can be a disaster, crumbling transmission towers, etc. But, a blizzard as a natural disaster? I've gone through quite a few blizzards.

Not much of a chance of natural disasters here (western NY); I'm on the divide between the Allegany and the Genessee Valley drainage basins, so not much of a chance of flooding, at least at my house.

The worst thing that we get is half of a tropical storm (Eastern PA). Luckily NJ takes most of the brunt for us... so I guess that state is good for something. 😛

None really - we can avoid the worst part. But a hurricane at a destination makes lots of people unhappy with unscheduled changes.

Perhaps the biggest (non) natural disaster now - Text

probably tornado

I'm in Louisiana, but far enough inland that hurricanes generally aren't even hurricanes any more by the time they hit us.

Well, since I've already lived through one volcanic eruption in my life, it's the only thing I can imagine here. We're supposed to have a major quake sometime in the next hundred years, but I'm not holding my breath.
