Any movie with evil clowns is scary but one where they shoot people with guns that wrap them in cotton candy so that they can suck their blood later is pretty twisted. The quality of the film is pretty disturbing too.

Population control?? More like the children were rebelling against adults and rules, so they picked out a class every few years and sent them to an island to kill each other off to teach them a lesson.

Other was some film i saw time ago, dont remember the name, about a family living isolated in an island for hundreds of year, with time they became freaky monsters because having sex and childrens with their same family, so they had move to live into caverns, and feed with the blood and flesh of strangers who visited the island to stay alive and healthy.
