It's 1/7 of an acre. In town - Omaha, NE. With a "premium" charge since we back up to a wooded area that is a conservation area and we will never have a road or house behind us.

That's just the amount I saw on some of the title info.

My lot is 1/2 acre and cost $50,000. I know I am getting a house built on it.

However, is the lot really part of the house or the house part of the lot?
