only 167k on my '91 volvo 240, but I just got it.

I just gave my '86 240 back to my dad, it had 237k on it, he had an 85 with 350k+ on the engine.
In short: volvo cast iron block engines don't die. The body will rot and the the electrical system may fail first. I took my 86 up to 109mph on the interstate and it ran as smooth as a dream, I couldn't go faster cuz it was automatic tranny.
