What is the meaning of Google's theme today?

Speaking of water day, there was a water maine break around here and lots of people were w/o water. Now it's back on but people are supposed to boil their water.

It looks like water is in the agenda of the day.

Clean water is going to be scarcer than oil in the next decade or two. And, Canada have 9% of the world water supply at 0.45% of the world population.

I heard that Bush got all excited when one of his advisors told him they were celebrating WWD day... he thought there had been a big discovery in Iraq.
 
thank God for Google. Now I don't have to buy a calendar. They remember all the good holidays!

BTW, World Water Day is a reminder to take my yearly bath today..
