Its 2012, time for an update, this has been asked before. I have only flown twice, so Orange County to Sacramento is my longest. :$

LA to Honolulu was 5.5 hours or so. Miami to Quito (Ecuador) was around 4.5. So, in terms of non-stop, nothing major. Quito -> Miami -> Dallas -> Portland took about 20 hours, and I had la turista the whole time, so that was a pretty shitty series of flights.

I've been on the #6 trip on that list, Atlanta to Johannesburg. That as the largest leg of that trip, but departure airport to final destination (STL to Cape Town) was, I believe, 26 hours including layovers and stuff.

And we did it with a 3-year old. Some seriously pro travelers, South Africans - ultra friendly and polite. Offered us advice, got kids playing together, offered us Benadryl for the kid (we got on with the attitude we wouldn't 'drug out kid!' - that went fast).

Man that was a great fucking trip.

Toronto to Halifax, was maybe 2 hours? Was my first trip involving flying, was pretty awesome. There was lot of turbulence on that flight too, people were starting to freak, I thought it was fun.
