What is the Largest amount of $ you have found?

I predict most people have lost, and found the same amount of $. $20 seems to be the general concensious among my freinds and I.

i was like 5 or 6 one time and found a huge roll of money that someoen dropped on the floor in a tv store and i went to the lady nearest to me in a checkout and politely asked her if she dropped it and if she wanted it back and she took it from me and to this day i have no idea why i did it and wish i had kept the money or at least had counted it first :/

I found $225 once at a carnival, kept it. Most I've lost is $10, and I might have actually spent it on a drink at the bar, just don't remember.

never lost a paper denomination of money to my knowledge... found 110 in my dorm and 100$ in my car when what I thought was a part of my drivers seat actually turned out to be a glasses case....

Never lost any $$ unconsciously to my knowledge. I got grifted once, for $20. I learned from that though, so I guess it was $$ well spent. I've only found $5 at once to my recollection. Since it was under a chair in an empty lecture hall, I had lunch on the cheap for a couple of days. I figured $5 was way too little money to worry about. If it was $100 I would have considered turning it into the cops.

I found a cash box behind a bush when I went to go piss there when I was in elementary school. Too bad there were only a few coins in there.
I got scammed $625 on yahoo auctions back when I was an auction n00b. I was a dumbass and trusted everyone when I first started. It was such an obvious scam, but I was blinded by the deal too good to be true and forgot to check his 0 rating.
