Removing my three month old son from a breathing machine and cradling him in my arms until he died because there was nothing else that could be done for him. He was born five months premature.

I once had to call a woman, that worked for me in my department, and tell her she had a very noticable hygiene problem. We had so many compaints from her co-worker's. I had to break the news to her. One of the hardest things I have ever had to do. :Q

I forgot, I had to tell my best friend that his serious girlfriend had been screwing someone else for a while. He was pretty messed up after that..
