What is the hardest standardised test? CA Bar? SAT? MCAT? MSCP?

Hardest or most fatiguing? The MCAT, being incredibly long, is very fatiguing--but I didn't find the individual questions all that difficult, and I did relatively well. Same thing with the EIT (the Engineer-In-Training exam).

I have no idea what the "hardest" one would be....

MCAT - Getting ready to take it this Saturday! Too bad my boss is complaining that he thinks I have been putting too much attention towards the exam preparation instead of my research work. Well, its not like the test decides the outcome of my future education...

The California bar exam is not that tough. It is three days long, however, so it is somewhat grueling. I think the NY bar is considered harder. California's low overall pass rate is mostly a function of the large number of non-ABA-accredited law schools there, and the fact that a lot of out-of-state attorneys move to California and try to take it without taking a bar prep course. I know my law school (UC-Hastings) had something like a 97% first-time pass rate when I graduated.

Its the equivalent of being an Internet God. You have to know everything about the technology.

It's widely considered the equivalent of a PHD exam. Highly technical. Highly detailed.

I forget the numbers, but I think there's only several hundred of them in the world.

Their salaries are in the six figures and are recession proof. They're the very last ones in any company to get fired as they are invaluable.

The test has a 97%(?) failure rate. Many take the test MANY, MANY times and still fail. Part of the test involves labs and specific tiered experience to qualify to take the exam.

Even if you pass, you have to pass the test every 4 years to stay updated.

One hell of an exam. Those who pass it though are guaranteed salaries higher than doctors...........Rightfully so, as it's much more difficult than the MCAT and Bar Exam.
