I would agree there. The numerous AI glitches in that game have made me laugh like nothing else has.

In Deus Ex? Yeah, they did some funny things (like blowing themselves up with grenades), but the quotes are the best.

Leo Gold: You can't fight ideas with bullets.
UNATCO Trooper: <bullet-like whistle>

Or when JC Denton approaches a deep ventilation shaft filled with obligatory twenty foot fan...

Bob Page: Jump! YOU CAN MAKE IT!

I was actually referring more to the guys sliding around and opening doors. I need to post my long list of glitches here some time. Some of the conversations are indeed great though:

"They thought they had us licked, like they think they have us licked tonight, but look at me young sir, we're GOD'S ARMY, and what infernal devil can stop god's army?"
"Well, you take of yourself."

"Whoa whoa whoa, easy bro. You don't gotta kill no one"
"Yeah, who says?"
"What you want? I got this LAM. You can have it, man. The rooks, we're businessmen. We can have a business relationship."
"Just give me the LAM, punk."
"I have to drop something. heh heh. Hold on".

Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Father had some funny moments.

There's one from Lucas Arts called Locked and Loaded or something like that that was really funny.

Shadow Warrior (i think thats what its called). Similar to Duke Nukem

The Black & White games had some funny moments.

Duke Nukem Forever.

The game that keeps on giving. Over a decade of laughs and still going strong. And it's not even out yet! Just think of how much a joke it will be when it does finally get released! <-----bada bing another one!

Special mention to The Neverhood.

My favorite game of all time.
Several years ago, I loaned out the CD and it never returned. Last year, my wife bought me a copy (original, not a burn) off of eBay and the 2 cd soundtrack. Best Christmas present ever...

Yup, I first played them at school where someone had snuck them onto the PC's in the library. They also had Warcraft 2 on there but that's a whole different story....

Monty Python Games

Sam and Max Hit the Road.

Though pretty much any of the Lucasarts games that were put out in the golden age of adventure games are hilarious.

Oh yeah, the conversations between Gabriel & Grace where classic.

I didn't see it listed but I got a lot of laughs from the Tex Murphy series:

1. Under a killing moon - The laughs started with the intro movie & kept going from there (Would like to find another copy since I lost mine)

2. Pandora directive (Still have)

3. Overlord (Missed this one but would like to find it also.)

Of all the ones that have passed through over the past 10 years, the one that immediately comes to mind is "Leisure Suit Larry."

I'm suprised no one's mentioned Conker's Bad Fur Day yet.

hilarious game, the crapping cow just wow! I might go play that right now on my n64 emulator, I never beat it, I could start from the beginning again and see how the humor has held up (been over a year since I played it)

NOLF is funny, when they're on the Sub and the Scottish dude is calling the singer "fatty fatty fatty!" I dunno but that always made me crack up.

the original Leisure Suit Larry was great, I loved when the bum by the liquor store tried to sell you Borderbund stock haha.

Noone lives forever. It was really rewarding to always move around in stealth mode and eavesdroping on the chitchat by HARM personnel and east german soldiers. The dialogues are just smashing and the excellent voice acting elevate the game to cult status as far as hilarity is concerned. (Too bad the sequel concentrated so much on the shooting spree)
Advice to anyone who is about to play NOLF: GO STEALTH. You will be missing the most enjoyable parts of the game if you wreak havoc.

Agreed. I used to sneak up on HARM guards just to listen to what they were chit-chatting about. Some of their conversations were REALLY long, too.
