What is the font of choice for resumes these days?

I was once reprimanded at work because of the font i used on my status reports (times new roman). take it as a red flag if someone is that picky about something so trivial.

I like Verdana. I tend to use size 8 fonts a lot, and verdana is very clear and legible at size 8, even printed.

Edit: for resume, I'd use Verdana, but not size 8 🙂

I came to that conclusion myself. Calibri was looking better on the screen, but when I printed it, Times New Roman was the clear winner.

I've always been a Tahoma fan, but after seeing this Calibri I'm starting to change my tune.
