What is the fastest single core CPU?

sempron 145 came out last month. i vote for the sempron 150 that's yet to come out (check wiki). passmark shows the 140 to edge out the celeron 900 (2.2ghz), fx-57 and p4 3.8ghz (dunno with or without ht).

celeron 450 seems to be the last single core desktop part and that's from 2008 while celeron 900 (same frequency) for laptops from 2009 beats it (go figure).
