What is the exact size of a DVD case sleeve?

I am looking to create a "sleeve" for a DVD I'm working on, and need to know the size of one. I have some extra DVD cases laying around, and when you open them fully, you can slide out the sleeve from behind the plastic.

Anyone know of the exact size of this sleeve so I can begin work in Photoshop? I've googled and searched to no avail. Thanks.
