FX8300 :#1: 2800 MHz, 1.075V
#2: 2300 MHz, 1V
If CPUworld numbers are genuine then the FX8300 require less voltage at a given frequency and thus slightly less power, the difference in perf/watt is about 10%, also the 8300 has 200MHz higher turbo.#1: 2900 MHz, 1.0625V
#2: 2400 MHz, 0.9875V
Aww guys thank you so much for replying so fast. I had one of my mobo's take a dirt nap and needed to get something, anything really fast so I could have a working pc asap. So I went ahead and got the FX-8300 and the Asus 970 Gaming Aura mobo. I know I should of went with Intel Skylake but I got these parts at a Huge Huge Huge discount from Newegg because they screwed up several of my clients orders.Anyways this should hold me over till Kabylake and Zen Comes out later this year. Then I will upgrade to which ever turns out to be better. Again, thank you guys!!

Unless you got those parts for $50 buying FX in 2016 doesn't make any sense.
No no no. You cannot settle for that for $150. You have to buy a 6700K and mobo for $550. Because 30% more performance is clearly worth 300% more money.
Hi!!! Thanks for this guidance.
i also required this. its also help full for me
The FX-8300 overclocks higher, more often than not, compared to the 8320e, if that makes any difference to you.*
edit: * Although neither are good for high clocks, compared to the 8350s/8370s/9370s.
