What is the difference in these 7850 cards?

Same brand and model but $20 difference. I think this looks like a good deal with the free Far Cry 3 promo and MIR.

The difference is the cooler and the warranty. The cheaper core edition has one fan on the cooler and a 2 year warranty. The more expensive Double D model has 2 fans on the cooler and a LIFETIME warranty. Hope that helps.
