Anyone knows where can I find one of this? Thanks

What is the Difference between

1. Asus P5WD2-E Premium 975X P4/Celeron 1066FSB LGA775 DDR2 ATX

2. Asus P5WDG2-WS 975X P4/P4EE/Pentium D/Celeron 1066FSB LGA775

The 2nd one is over $299 or so... and what is the difference?

According to the Asus site (which is publicly available, so for you too ;)), the differences are the following...

Asus P5WD2-E Premium

Intel Memory Pipeline Technology and Asus Hyper Path3...
Features two PCIe 16x, one Universal PCIe (max x2 speed), one PCIe 1x, and 3 PCI slots...
Firewire...
Four SATA 3.0Gb/s, one External SATA 3.0Gb/s and one UDMA 133/100/66 port on an extra ATA/SATA controller...

Asus P5WDG2-WS

Features two PCI-X, two PCIe 16x, and only 2 PCI slots...
Optional WiFi module...
Four SATA 3.0Gb/s ports on the extra controller...

These are about the differences at first sigth... The mobo's sure look nice...
