What is the difference between these cards?

Hey guys, just had a quick question about these two HD 4870s. As far as I can tell, the only difference between this and this is the packaging. Is there something I'm missing here, or is it really just that simple?

they are probably the same but the more expensive one is a "Built by ATI" one, and the other one is a diamond 3rd party.

A lot of the time they use the same reference design anyway so it doesnt matter.

Ones built by ATI themselves. and One is built buy an ATI AIB partner. Both use references designs, so go with which ever has the better warranty.

That's what I thought too, until I went into a Best Buy and had a look at the one with the Mass Effect characters on it. There was a Diamond Multimedia logo on the right hand side of the box and all the other Radeon boxes with that same design (red background with a game character on the front) had a Diamond logo as well. So it seems as if they're both made by Diamond, yet there's still a price difference seemingly for nothing?
